I'm available for all your Instructional Design or Development needs. Above all, I strive to always have a positive impact on those around me. I do this by being passionate with helping others learn.

My strengths lie in how I relate to others: I connect with people very well. I have a natural ability to see others' perspectives. As a team member, I am valuable at mitigating conflict while treating people fairly.

I'm also a great communicator and storyteller. In fact, I feel that one of the best ways to teach someone is through stories and scenarios in which the learner can feel transported to the situation, walking through the steps, so they can be an active participant in their own learning. I'm energized when I find the perfect phrase or powerful word combination that captures and attracts an audience's attention.

Lastly, I'm someone who delivers on their promises. Commitment to you and your timelines are at the top of my priority list. This is how I build trust and respect.

When I'm not working, I really love spending time outdoors with my family. Whether it's hiking, biking, snorkeling/scuba diving, or simply playing with my dog, I love experiencing the beauty and freedom of nature.
